I like Dr Wu a lot. He is very nice and pleasant and knows me on a personal level.
The thing that bothered me is the front office. Every time I have an MD visit, they kept telling me that I owe them when they never send me any bill. I would like to be billed once the insurance pat their part so I can compare the charges with what Medicare insurance tells me how much I am required to pay the provider. The business office of this clinic doesn’t send me a bill then charge me a “copay every time I visit the doctor rather than sending me a bill once they finished charging my insurance.

Dr. Wu, the nurses, and staff are always friendly and show real concern for one’s health. Dr Wu listens to my questions and never makes one feel rushed. Eye health is very important. I highly recommend this ophthalmologist.
